When you book a car with us, we arrange to meet you at El Plumerillo International Airport. One of our representatives will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name or the MDZ Rent A Car logo. This is our Meet & Greet service, designed so you can start your trip without delays.

Is there an extra charge for airport delivery?
Delivery and return at El Plumerillo have an extra charge, the same at any time of day. We tell you upfront when we quote. There is no extra cost outside our office hours (9 am–8 pm): if your flight lands late, we leave the car in the airport car park at 8 pm and you just pay the parking fee when you collect it.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and move the meeting time at no extra cost. If the delay means you land after 8 pm, we leave the car in the airport car park and you just pay the parking fee.
Can I return the car somewhere other than the airport?
Yes: at our office, your hotel or another point in the city. Just let us know in advance.
What do I need to bring to pick up the car?
A valid driver's license, ID or passport, and a credit card in the renter's name for the deposit.
When is the deposit released?
The amount held on your credit card is released 48 hours after you return the car.
