    What are your office hours?

    We are open from 9 am to 8 pm. If you arrive outside those hours, pickup is self-service: we leave the car, the keys and the instructions so you can pick it up without waiting.

    Can I pick up the car at the airport?

    Yes, you can pick up your car at Mendoza Airport. See how airport delivery works.

    Can I drive the car to Chile?

    Yes. Let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can arrange the permit to leave the country. More about the Chile travel permit.

    What if I have a problem on the road?

    Every rental includes 24-hour roadside assistance and towing from the insurer. You can also message us on WhatsApp.

    Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept many payment methods, such as cash, cards, bank transfers and digital wallets. For the security deposit you need a credit card in your name. See rental terms.
