• A valid driver’s license and ID or passport.

• A credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Naranja, or another card) in your name or in the name of one of your companions, for the security deposit.

• Guarantee: you must be, or have, a guarantor who signs the contract. This can be yourself, a friend, or a family member.

Don’t worry, you can keep 100% of the amount paid as credit, which can be used for a future reservation.

A rental day equals 24 hours starting from the vehicle pickup time indicated in the reservation.

Our business hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Outside these hours, pickup or return can be arranged for an additional fee.

Additionally, you can upgrade the coverage with an extra fee of ARS 20,000 per day, reducing the security deposit from ARS 600,000 to ARS 400,000.

Yes! You can add as many additional drivers as you need at no extra cost and with no limit.

Fuel is the customer’s responsibility.

We deliver the vehicle with a specific fuel level, and it must be returned with the same amount.

At pickup, we review the vehicle together: interior, exterior, dashboard, mileage, and fuel level (it must be returned with the same level).

You may take photos or record videos during the process, but they are only valid if taken in the presence of our staff.

If the violation is the driver’s responsibility (for example: speeding, illegal parking, etc.), the payment is the renter’s responsibility.

If the issue is due to an error on our part (for example: missing fire extinguisher, documentation, or valid insurance), we will take responsibility.

If we find a forgotten item, we will notify you and store it for 30 days so you can pick it up or send someone to retrieve it.
